Abstract: Case Presentation: A 35-year-old male presented with chronic neck pain, forward-head posture, rounded shoulders, and reduced cervical ROM. Clinical assessment confirmed UCS. A 6-week rehabilitation plan involving postural retraining, stretching, strengthening, ergonomic correction, and manual therapy was initiated.
Outcomes: The patient experienced substantial reduction in pain (from 6/10 to 1/10), improved cervical ROM, improved posture, and enhanced functional capacity.
Conclusion: A targeted multimodal physiotherapy approach is effective in managing UCS and improving patient outcomes.
