Abstract: Study Aim: To find out the significant differences of Neuromuscular Abilities (viz., Flexibility & Balance) between Canoeing and Yachting Players. Materials and Methods: A group of thirty (N=30) male subjects, aged between eighteen and twenty-five, were chosen for this study. These subjects were split into two different associates: those who participated in Canoeing Players (N1=15) and Yachting players (N2=15) of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Statistical Analysis: Under the data analysis, exploration of data was made with descriptive statistics and graphical analysis. Unpaired t-test was employed for the present investigation. The SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 20.0 was used for all analyses. For testing the hypotheses, the level of significance was set at 0.05. Results: The calculated t value is smaller than critical value (1.064<2.048), so the means are not significantly different comparing Canoeing (N1=15) and Yachting players (N2=15) regarding Flexibility. The absolute value of the calculated t is smaller than critical value (0.476< 2.048), so the means are not significantly different comparing Canoeing (N1=15) and Yachting players (N2=15) regarding Balance.
