Abstract: The importance of the research was represented in building two scales to measure the level of humble leadership among the heads of football clubs in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of members of the administrative bodies, and emotional exhaustion among the members of its administrative bodies from their personal point of view, as well as identifying the level of humble leadership among the heads of football clubs in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of members of its administrative bodies. And also to identify the level of emotional exhaustion among members of the administrative bodies in football clubs in Nineveh Governorate from their personal point of view. As well as identifying the role played by the humble leadership of the heads of football clubs in Nineveh Governorate in reducing the level of emotional exhaustion among members of its administrative bodies. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey and correlation methods. The research community was represented by members of the administrative bodies of the Nineveh Governorate football clubs for the sports season (2022-2023). The number is (52) clubs, with (8) members for each administrative body in each club, except for the heads of these clubs, and thus the number of members of the research community is (416) members of the administrative body, the researcher built two scales to measure the humble leadership of the heads of the Nineveh football clubs, consisting of (14) items, and the second to measure the emotional exhaustion of the members of the administrative bodies, consisting of (9) items. The researcher extracted the results through the use of statistical methods (the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient and the simple regression coefficient). The researcher obtained the following results: The effectiveness of the two scales of humble leadership among the heads of football clubs in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of the members of the administrative bodies, and the emotional exhaustion of the members of the administrative bodies of the clubs in Nineveh Governorate in football from their personal point of view.
